There’s no doubt that I love the Coffee Bean! Ever since I tried it for the first time two years ago when I moved to L.A., I fell in love. In fact, I frequent the local CBTL shop down the street from my apartment to get my daily caffiene fix… usually a Hazelnut Soy Latte or a Spring Peach Tea Latte! Not only do I love their handcrafted drinks, I’m also a big fan of their teas!!
Quick, convenient, friendly service and what I love most is their social media presence! Being a social media professional myself, I greatly appreciate their savvy use of social media to connect with their consumers/fans like me! I love following them on Twitter (@TheCoffeeBean) because I’m always in-the-know about free drink days and special promotions/contests. Plus they are really great about replying to my tweets :) My go-to coffee and tea place will forever and always be The Coffee Bean <3
Once in a while though, I like to treat myself to a latte and/or even a breakfast/lunch at the Aroma Cafe down the street in Studio City. Originally a residential home, Aroma Cafe is hidden on Tjunga Ave off of Moorpark away from all the noise and traffic.
This beautiful building was transformed by its owner into a small cafe and eventually evolved into a full-service restaurant serving not only the finest coffee, teas and pastries but also breakfast, lunch and dinner! Their baked goods are delivered daily from the finest bakeries in LA and only you’ll only find the highest of quality coffee beans and loose leaf teas at Aroma. Plus, all of the ingredients used in their extensive menu are “market fresh” so the quality of their dishes are always top notch.
At Aroma, it’s cafe style where you place your drink and food order at the counter and your food is delivered to the table of your choice. I love sitting in the “backyard” patio among the greenery and heatlamps; there’s is something very tranquil and comforting about the setting. It’s a great place to meet up with a friend or two or just to to go for some peace and quiet to study or get work done.
If you haven’t been to the Aroma Cafe in Study City, I recommend you put that on your to-do list!
